The services provided by Gorix are intended solely to reduce network latency (ping), improve connection quality, and facilitate access to international online services and websites that may be unavailable due to technical restrictions or sanctions.

Any use of the service beyond these purposes, including any activity that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or the laws of the country in which the service is used, is entirely the responsibility of the user. Gorix accepts no liability for such use.

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the services for any of the following:

  • Any illegal or criminal activity

  • Cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or abuse of computer systems or networks

  • Spam, fraud, or phishing activities

  • Publishing or distributing illegal content

  • Cryptocurrency mining, torrenting, P2P file sharing, or any abnormal or excessive consumption of server resources

If any violation is detected, Gorix reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account or service without prior notice.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Users are also responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or region.

4. Service Changes

Gorix reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its services, pricing, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Gorix strives to provide reliable and high-quality services, uninterrupted availability, connection speed, or continuous access cannot be guaranteed. Gorix shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from Internet disruptions, sanctions, infrastructure limitations, force majeure events, or improper use of the services by users.
